• Works of art, numbered reproductions and all related products.
The goods linked to this document are the goods which are displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being sold . All information, descriptions or images that we provide about our goods are described and presented with the greatest possible precision. However, we are not legally required by such information, descriptions or images because we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product or service we provide. You agree to purchase such goods at your own risk.

Transport and delivery

When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and agree to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your method of payment. While we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund

We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet any of the following requirements:

2. The good does not meet the expectations of the user.
Refund requests can be made within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
Refunds do not apply to the following products / services:

Returns
Returns can be made in person at the following locations:

Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:
1. Pack the products to be returned well, and be sure to use the original packaging.
2. The buyer is responsible for affording the return shipping cost.
Guarantees
Limitation of Liability. Once the product or work has been received and accepted, the artist is no longer responsible for any breakage caused by the handling of the article, its installation, the storage location and the storage temperature. It is strongly recommended to avoid placing the work in the sun for a long period of time or at temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius.

Isabelle Gosselin or one of her employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. However, Isabelle Gosselin and her employees will not be held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site.
Indemnity
As a user, you hereby indemnify Isabelle Gosselin from any liability, cost, cause of action, damage or expense arising from your use of this site or from your violation of any of the provisions set out in this document.
